I too am experiencing the same type of “pimples” in my pubic hair region. The good news is that these complications are low and rarely occur. I do not have any symptoms of herpes and the only semi-reliable test is to swab the pus from a pimple, which I have none of on my genitals, nor in my mouth. Could it be from waxing, and possibly be inflammed hair follices? My mom is a pharmacist and took a lot of classes on dermatology and eventually concluded it was fleas because my girlfriend has a dirty dog who has had fleas before.
